Great people and great food. It really has a old-time diner feel to it. There were a lot of good options on the menu, including burgers, hot dogs, wraps, ice cream, shakes etc. The daily specials are really good, monday’s special was a cheeseburger, chips, and a drink for 6 bucks I think. The cheeseburger was made to order and hot and juicy, and all the toppings seemed to be fresh and good. They have a wide selection of drinks, including soft drinks, fountain drinks, iced tea, shakes, and coffee. They also have a nice selection of ice cream, I recommend the black cherry. I would rate a 5/5 and would definitely go back.

I found this place on the map when I was searching for something locally owned to eat for lunch on our road trip. This was a perfect choice! Not to far off of the highway but just far enough you found what appeared to be a favorite among the locals. We enjoyed some really tasty burgers priced perfectly at just $3.50. I did opt to add garlic mayo but I wouldn’t next time because I didn’t taste it at all, but the burger really was delicious tho. We saved just enough room to enjoy a large 1 scoop waffle cone for $2.25 that hit the spot perfectly. I chose the butter pecan and it wasn’t that good but my husband got the strawberry cheesecake and it was delicious. The kids opted for cotton candy and they loved it. For the size it was a great way to finish our lunch. It was a cute little place with good food and a friendly staff. Next time we come across this highway we will be making a detour again to eat here.

So far first impressions are great. I walked in and the smell of food instantly made my mouth water. People here are friendly and have no problems interacting and making suggestions. The prices are very reasonable for the the quality and quantity of food you receive. The food is served relatively fast for the amount of orders they were getting. The food here tastes as good as it smells too. Whats not to like.

If you are in the area and want a good burger and I mean a good burger, then this is the place to come. I'm sure their other food options are just as good but since I'm mostly a hamburger person, that's all I order. They also have daily specials that offer more than just burgers.

A true gem! Everytime we go the food has been amazing. And the desserts just the same. Always get the cheeseburger but maybe one day I'll try something else (lol). During our most recent visit it was a bit hectic and crowded. In past visits we have been seated or told to pick a spot. This visit we weren't acknowledged. Upon asking the lady at the counter she rudely told us yea you seat yourself. Luckily the waitress and waitor we had changed the mood and experience.

First time here, we had a delicious lunch! The chicken taco soup was really good. Also tried the grilled ham and Nick which was good, although I love me a good old fashioned hot ham and cheese, the addition of grilled onions and flavored mayo wasn't my favorite. We will definitely goback and try other entrees.

Best prices and burgers by far. Nobody has better soup in the area either. Our favorite work lunch spot.
